The luggage tags are 4" by 2 1/2" and come with a plastic strap. On the reserve side of the tag is a spot for 4 lines - name, address, city state zip, and phone #. Cost is $2.95 each and includes 1st class postage. When buying 3 or more tags; $2.45 each. Ca residents pay sales tax of 7.75%.
